Every story in The Journal is reported and edited by our in-house team of 12 — eight of whom planned their own non-traditional weddings, and all of whom came from the mastheads of independent bridal publications before they came to work for us. We don't run vendor features we haven't fact-checked, and we don't run real weddings that haven't been photographed by a member of our vetted directory.
The promise is simple: if a story names a venue, a florist, or a planner, that vendor is bookable through Hardcore Sweethearts — usually with a single click from the chip at the bottom of the page. Our average enquiry-to-booking conversion runs at 31%, more than double the wedding-industry benchmark, because the writers here have lived the planning.
